my hair was rebonded in that salon for the first time.. my hair also, just like yours was good for 3 freaking days only before i washed it.. now, my hair was only a month old since it was rebonded but if you look at it, it looks like it was a year old already.. too bad! just a waste of money.. ill never go back to this salon for rebond treatment again..

my hair was rebonded at hair cut encarnacion-francisco salons and it was great actually. i had a great experience.its been 4 months now and my hair still looks good. i also asked the manager if HAIR CUT is similar to CUT encarnacion because i usually go there and she said NO. i suggest you try HAIR CUT @ talipapa,novaliches :)

the encarnacion salon here in cebu is the worst salon ..... with the unfortunate experienced i just had with them, one thing for sure I will never go back in there again.

that's not what i experienced..they have a good service especially in recto branch..i dnt why that happened to you maybe your hair is already damaged that's why it became critical..sorry..but i dnt agree with you..its free to have opinions naman anyway..

they have a good service my rebond lasted for about a year ok naman. quality and affordable

Screw CUT Encarnacion salon nayan! putek sinunog ung buhok ko... ung gupet pang grade school.. ampotang mga baklang inutil na yan! wala ng quality control puro quantity lang.... sa manager na si angel Reyes hope that you can do something about this. ang ganda pa namna ng logo sa mga shirt sa Staff nyo pero trabaho basura!!!!

dati ok naman.. wala na bang screening bago nyo tanggapin ang stylist nyo?
walang ramdom checking bago man lang lumabas ang mgatao!? kung prito or nilaga ung buhok nila....

that's my experience too now... I just had my hair rebonded last dec. 22 @ Cebu Branch and when i wash my hair today still has it's curl and quite dry when it dries...too bad for me... i searched for their contact numbers and found nothing... :(

to the managers of CUT please do something....

Actually, magkaiba po ang CUT Encarnacion salons and Hair CUT Encarnacion Francisco Salons kasi po sister company po silang dalawa. Tapos po dipende naman po yan sa Hair condition ee :))

maganda naman experienced q sa cut salon s atutban so far 3 times na qng nakapag pa rebond dun and i haven't tried any other salon yet..per ung nga lang mabilis sya kumulot ulit..

try ko palang ngaun dyan sa encarnacion sana maganda ang kalabasan...

:-( sadly I'm also one of their victim so far...after I had my hair rebonded just last Oct 25...I now have the MOST DRIED hair EVER....just right after 3 days when I washed my hair naging straight na walis tambo hair ko :-(...SO PLEASE..DON't EVER TRY TO GET REBOND in "CUT SALON" here in Biñan, Laguna...

SA tutuban mall lng ung mgandang branch ng encarnacion,ilang beses n kmi ngparebond ng kapatid ko dun, at masya kami lagi sa resulta, look for ms.Lorna ata un. magaling sya at mabait pa... o kaya ung sa isang bkla na mahaba ang buhok. natuwa kasi dun ung kapatid ko. alam niyo ung magandang gawin sa buhok. talga..dati kasi natry ko sa recto isang beses..ang pangit ng pagkakarebond...nasunog ung buhok sa bandang ibaba..

Grabe yung staff nila sa zabarte branch mga bastos at hindi marunong gumalang sa customer..imagine cla na yung nakakabangga sayo wala man lang excuse o sorry.sobrang rude din once may pumasok,mag jujudge agad sa itsura ng client akala mo nman kung cno cla..nkaka disappoint,panget na gawa panget pa ugali..ipapangalandakan pa nila na sobrang kapal o panget ng buhok mo.tsk

I had my hair done at encarnacion tutuban 3 times and once a year, so far my hair still looks good until now. i guess it depends kung gano ka kulot ang hair nyo bago nyo ipina rebond, sakin kasi straight naman sya medyo buhaghag lang. so ng i rebond sa encarnation naging super straight at bagsak na sya.

Nagparebond ako sa Zabarte branch last 2012 of January okay naman maganda, it lasted almost a year, tapos nagparebond ulet ako nung December 23, 2012 kase hindi na maganda so nirebond naman, now wala pang one month hindi na maganda yung igang parte ng buhok ko, dry and kulot2x na lalo na underneath, pupunta ako now to complain about this sana magawan nila ng paraan at their own expense.

Uhm, i think your hair is already damaged kaya the result was that bad. But as for me, okay naman so far. :)

I had my haircut in CUT Salon in Sta. Mesa and its fine with me, the hairdresser who attended my hair was friendly. So the next day, my sister and I went to CUT Salon around 10AM because she wants to put highlights in her hair. Yes I know we went there a bit early but thats the plan so we will be the first customer,hopefully. And when we got there by any luck we are the first customer. While my sister is having her hair done, I told the hairdresser that I want a mani-pedi (Manicure & Pedicure). She said the manicurist is not in the salon yet so I waited for about 15 mins. And when the manicurist arrived she ate her brunch that took for 30mins or so. Im a bit irritated and asked how long will I wait. They told me she's finishing soon. So after another freaking half hour she finished eating and I didnt know because nobody informed me. I went to their manicure station and saw her cleaning another customer's toes!! Oh my gosh!! I was furious and told my sister and my sister complained but the manicurist just looked at us like we were some cheap people. She didnt even apologize!! Oh gosh.

This salon gave my hair a lot of hairfall after my rebond. Plus hair breakage on my roots. So frustrating. It's been a year after my rbond there and my hairfall does not stop still.

Nsa klase ng buhok ang result. Kung super kulot, o damaged ang buhok nyo, wag kayo mag expect na mama magic ng reb0nd yan. Twice nko nagpapa reb0nd sa encarnaci0n at mgnda ang result.

..im from Taguig dumdayo p ako s tutuban branch just to rebond my hair..i did it for 4yrs already,once a year only...for me they have an excellent service...i really love my hair...thanks Haircut Salon of Encarnacion Group of Salon..more power to u guys... :-)

i had.a bad experience.too... just had my hair rebonded 5days ago..some portion of my hair became extremely dry and frizzy, specially at the bottom part. I went back to the salon today to complain. I was again very diaappointed because the guy just told me to go back tomorrow because he gotta lot of work to do, there was only one customer there on that time..and there were 2 hairstylisy available..i was controlling my emotion..i dont want to get mad. at them, so i decided to just go back some other time.

I am a repeat customer of.CUT salon..and this is the first time that i experienced a very bad service. Their SERVICE TODAY IS VERY VERY VERY BAD!!!!!!

I promise not.to recommend this salon again....

maybe they are good with the rebond thing but in my experience it's the worst salon with regards to customer service. The worst ever. First time kung pumasok with my niece para mgpagupit lang kc we were in a hurry. Ang dami nilang nakaupo lang walang nag assist sa amin pinaupo lang kami dinadaan daanan kalang ng mga staff. We waited for a while yong iba walang ginagawa pero nkaupo lang. Kaya I just walked out nghanap nlng kami ng ibang salon. Then akala ko sa branch na yun lang ang may bad service. I tried sa isang branch nila somwhere sa city namin dito sa province. I went there for hair spa lang same same lang din ang nangyari pero mas better nlng sana kay may nag assist lng talaga pero ang nangyari minamadali yung hair ko hindi inayos. I'm a regular customer in a salon hindi ko lang imemention so I know the effect of hair spa to my hair. The effect was I felt like it was all wasted money and time. Minamadali trabaho nila pag mura lang ang service na hinihingi mo uunahin nila yung ngpapa rebond or yung other services na mas malaki ang babayaran nang customer. And I realized kac pala may percentage based ata yung term, whoever serves you gets a certain amount sa babayaran mo kaya cla pag more expensive services nag uunahan yan cla so ang nangyayari they neglect those mga mgpapagupit lang or ibang service na mejo mura. Kaya ikaw how would you feel kung ikaw nsa position? Talaga the worst salon I've ever been to I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SALON! Please to the management of whoever started this kindly send orient your people with proper customer service because you are the WORST so far. anyway there's always a room for improvement.

I agree!!! It's the worst salon ever. Ngparebond with color and brazillian ako sa bago nilang branch sa alphaland tower magallanes, first ung staff na nag rebond sken he is not friendly and nkasimangot sa customer,kaya sinabi ko sa asawa ko na nkktkot naman dito. Sana naman baguhin niyo yung ganyan, ang mahal ng binayd ko tapos ang service ay npaka poor,pls be professional. Hindi na ako babalik pa, im so disappointed .

I had my hair rebonded 4 days ago, after I washed it was totally dry especially on the bottom part!!!! So much hate for this salon! NOTE: My hair was not dry before. I'll be back to there salon tomorrow to complain.

expensive but it's not worth it.. hindi mukhang narebond ang hair ko.. 2x na ako bumalik wala paring pagbabago.. encarnacion ... junction cainta branch..
